You can buy imitation crab sticks at supermarkets or grocery stores. After purchasing them, you can separate the strands or cut the imitation crab sticks into smaller pieces to use as filling.

2. Make the filling

Peel the Laughing Cow cheese slices and place them in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Then, use a spoon to mash the cheese until smooth.
Next, add the prepared shrimp and imitation crab, then season with 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and mix all the ingredients.

3. Processing

To save time, you should buy pre-made wonton wrappers. When wrapping, put just enough filling so that it’s easy to shape. To ensure the edges of the wrapper seal, lightly moisten the edges with water and press firmly to prevent the wrapper from coming apart during frying. Continue this process until all the filling is used up.
Meanwhile, you can heat oil in a pan over low heat until it’s hot. Once the oil is ready, add the wontons and fry them over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

4. Finished product

The wontons, once fried, are golden and crispy on the outside, and fragrant and rich on the inside with the sweetness of shrimp and imitation crab meat. You can eat them with chili sauce to enhance the flavor.
